Delivery Day and Time:
We aim to deliver your product as soon as possible. Our delivery can take 1-3 days unless you have arranged same day delivery.
We can work with you on a time frame however this this is not always possible.
Deliveries by myself are made Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Some Saturdays and Sunday.
Couriers can be arranged for delivery same day or on another day not listed above. Courier fees will apply.
Delivery Policy:
We will delivery your item as soon as possible.
If we have agreed on a certain day and rough time frame and the receiver is not available we will not leave any of our products at the front door as the chocolate will melt. In this circumstance you will be notified of an unsuccessful delivery and you will be given the option to arrange collection of your product from Dapto or you may be required to pay another delivery fee.
How do I check my delivery status:
We will do our absolute best to ensure our communication with you in regards to your product delivery is efficient. We will notify you via text or email with order updates.
What do I do if I missed the delivery of my product:
As mentioned above there will be the option for you to pickup from our home in Dapto OR to pay a re deliver fee.
What do I do if I put the wrong delivery address:
It is the buyers responsibility to advise us of all the necessary details correctly (name, phone number, email address, and delivery address) to ensure your product gets delivered to the correct address.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can accept order changes within 6 hours of your order message/email being received.
What is the Cancellation & Refunds Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of your order being made. We’ll refund your order and delivery fee costs!
We are so certain that you will absolutely love our cookies that we guarantee it! If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product let us know within 6 hours of your product being delivered and we will happily refund your product less the delivery fee!

Our cookies are freshly baked every day. We use only the highest quality ingredients and well know brands to ensure our we are able to offer the most delicious product!
Allergen Information:
All of our products are loaded with chocolate bars which may contain traces of nuts. Our products also contain butter and milk For this reason, we would advise that Cookie Mail products are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers or those with lactose / milk allergies.
